Cody Prewitt goes airborne like few people can do.

This is the jump that shocked the crowd last Thursday in Stringer. Cody Prewitt, Sylva Bay's quarterback, was running down the sidelines when a Stringer defensive back went to knock him out of bounds. Instead of getting hit, Prewitt jumped over the defender's head, landed on his feet, regained his balance and outran everyone else to the end zone. It's easy to see why he was named a Clarion Ledger Dandy Dozen, which signifies the top twelve high school players in the state. Kudos to photographer Bobby Harvison for capturing the moment for the history books!
