Good H2O
The 2010 observance of the National Day of Prayer will take place on Thu., May 6 at 6:45 a.m. at the Bay Springs City Hall. The theme chosen for this year is, “Prayer! For Such as Time as This,” as based on Nahum 1:7. State Auditor Stacy Pickering of Laurel will be the guest speaker. Guest vocalists are from the group Good H2O. Members of this trio are Ed Meadows; his daughter, Naomi Meadows and Cindy King. Good H20 received the award of “Best Mixed Group of the Year” award at the Mississippi State Quartet Convention in Hattiesburg. Breakfast will be served beginning at 6:30 a.m. and will be catered by M & G. Tickets can be purchased for $5 from Ray Robinson at 601-764-2265 or 601-764-4595.
