The Stringer Red Devil Lady Softball team, with a record of 18-2, are headed into the third round of the playoffs. The Lady Red Devils are currently district champs. They beat Natchez Cathedral Saturday, April 11 in a best of three series; they won 4-2 in the first game and 8-1 in the second, leaving no need for a third game.

The Lady Devils play at East Webster on Thursday, April 16 and at home on Saturday, April 18 in a best of three series. The winner of those games will play for the South State Title.
