Two Louin men were arrested on drug charges and a third Louin man was being sought for arrest in the same case. Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics Director Marshall Fisher said officers executed a search warrant Wednesday, May 19 at 264 CR 168, the home of Fontrell Myers.
Myers was not home, but officers arrested Jerry Wilson, 57, of 65 CR 168, and Eddie Lee Moore Jr., 21, of 320 CR 168, at Myers’ residence, Director Fisher said.
Wilson is charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of over a kilogram of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Moore is charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of Lortab with intent to distribute.
The two men are being held without bond in the Jasper County.
Myers, who is currently out of jail on bond on unrelated drug charges, is wanted for possession of over a kilogram of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, Director Fisher said.
Agents seized an unspecified amount of cash along with approximately seven pounds of marijuana, two ounces of cocaine and 50 Lortab pills. The drugs have a combined estimated street value of $15,000, Director Fisher said.
Jasper County and Newton County sheriff departments assisted the MBN in the investigation.
